Vail Reservationless Audio Conferencing Service Features & Benefits Overview:

Easy to Use

Vail's Reservationless Audio Conferencing service is always available and does not require reservations to host a remote meeting, offers moderators the ability to auto-authenticate themselves for rapid conference entry, and provides simple and intuitive touchtone and web interfaces for easy control of a conference.

Rich Feature Set

The Vail Reservation-less Conferencing Service includes most commonly used in-conference touchtone and web interface features available in the market today. Thus, enabling a CSP to virtualize their business and offer a seamless migration from an existing on-premise conferencing system to Vail's outsources offering.

Moderators can use the web interface to manage their user and conference account preference, input and manage their contacts to the integrated address book, enable distribution of pre-conference notifications, instantly dial-out to participants, manage their Express, and Meetme conferences, and listen to their recorded conferences.

Multi-Tenant Support

Vail's web-based provisioning interface and RESTful APIs support a multi-tenant environment that includes assignable classes of service to resellers or service providers. Our interfaces allow CSPs to offer a variety of conference types with associated call flows, assignable in-conference features on a per enterprise or moderator basis, and value-add conference features such as conference record/playback and dial-outs.

Carrier-Grade Scale and Availability

Based on the Vail SIP Platform, Vail's reservation-less conferencing service is supported by a redundant, fault-tolerant N+N architectural platform design that is hosted at geographically dispersed Vail carrier-grade collocation facilities. Thus, enabling Vail to easily support thousands of simultaneous conference ports at peak load at 10am and 2pm Central time zone. Additionally, Vail provides 24x7 proactive platform, application and network monitoring and alerts from the Vail NOC (VNOC).

Customizable Interfaces

All Touchtone and Web interfaces can be branded with either your, your service provider or end customer's branding, such as, "Welcome to ACME Conferencing". This allows for private labeling of the conferencing application's voice prompts, administrator interfaces, and moderator interfaces. Once a group account is set-up, it is easy for an administrator to apply an incremental moderator to the appropriate company profile with the same branding treatment.
